New customer but where's my router

Ok so I have fibre being installed on Monday (31st) I have yet too recieve a modem/router.

 

Am I to receive the router via snail mail or will the engineer bring one along?  Do I need to poke VM to make sure they've sent one out to little old me?

If you are having a technician install the cables he will bring the hub, it is only sent to you if the location has previously had VM and there are cables and wall boxes in existence.
