New contract quick install problem

Hi I have just received my new package and opted for the quick install but on going through the process of getting the boxes connected I have no VM wall socket only an Openreach box. I have looked around all the walls inside and outside and don't see any coaxial cables going through the wall. Please can someone help and advise. Many thanks.

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 2 on WiFi) Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's & TP-Link Archer C64 WAP. On Volt 350Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.

I'm sorry to hear you're unable to complete your install. We can certainly get a visit booked in for you if you've not already been able to do this.
