New build, trying to get signed up

I moved in to my new build in September unaware I could transfer my existing virgin from my previous home into a new build. I have tried countless times to get through and get someone to connect up the new house to virgin. All cables are in place and good to go. What is the massive hold up?

Thanks for your post and apologies to hear you're having an issue speaking with the National Home Builders Team. 


Their team have gone through some changes recently and it's meant they have been left severely under staffed.
