I am moving into a new build in 9 days. For the last month I have been contacting virgin via chat and not really getting anywhere. Your moving house checker says my house doesn't have the cables when the developer says it does.
At one point I thought I was getting somewhere as I was called by 'Ben from the Birmingham team'. He said it would be sorted very shortly and he'd get to me asap. This is now 2 weeks ago and I have had no contact and I have no way to call him back due to the withheld number.
Could someone from the new builds team please get in touch to help me out!
