Im a long standing customer of VM and in the process of moving house to a new build. On the adress checker other properties in my new street are showing however the house I'm moving into is not. I have contacted the developer and been told that VM is definitely available. I've looked on the BT website and I'm able to place an order for that ok. I have called VM and had some new build forms filled out but not heard back. Is there anything else I can do?
