New build connection

I have followed the process flow on the website to make contact and discuss broadband deals and connection for a new build property that we are purchasing however despite waiting the 10 days as notified on the response neither myself or my partner have received any communication.

Can someone please get in touch to discuss options as we are due to get the house on April 8th and will need broadband very soon following this.
