Recently moved into a new build, house is in a row of 5 all other houses in my row show up on the Virgin media address finder except mine.
One house has already had VM installed and another Sky both houses have the same connections and we all moved in on the same date. Every time I speak to some one at Virgin the say they will send out a spotter/ technician and will get back to me yet I hear nothing back.
Used Virgin for the past ten years over others but have to say i am appalled by there current customer service. I hope someone can look in to this and finally get back to me.
