I have moved into a new build property and been advised by the builders that VM is available. 

I have a draw wire for services at my front door but so far only houses in my street up to number 22 and the 43 upwards are all showing saleable on badger and sales force. Houses through 35 to 41 are not on the system, my house is number 35. I have made many calls but cannot get any resolution through the call centres. 

Can anyone help me.

It is often the case with new build properties that estates tend to go live in sections, this is normally when the cabinets that they connect to go live so it is not uncommon to see the situation you have.
