New broadband and tv won't connect

Hi activation has been done 6 times but hub still flashing green. TV saying starting up but been like that for 4 days. TiVo box has one blue light on and one red flashing light. Should have been connected friday have gone 4 days without tv or internet engineer should have been here today but now virgin telling me weds. Please someone help virgin just keep repeating the process and infuriating me even more!!

You need a technician. Your cable has probably been disconnected at the street cabinet. Not much you can do about that.
