New User Set Up - Help

  • Plugged router in have 
  • green stable light at bottom 
  • green stable Wi-fi light at top
  • 2 green arrows are flashing 

any ideas please, Cust service is a nightmare to get through too
ive followed instructions online and with book and have reset the router

Could you access your router using http://192.168.0.1/ .Log in using the password on the base and check the internet status on the main page.

 

Have you phoned the activation line on 0800 953 9500?

they sending an engineer out Monday 👍🏻
