New Hub can't connect to home network

New hub set up & all devices connected to WiFi yet when trying to use the app it's telling me I'm not connected to the home network. Followed all the instructions on the set up guide. The app is telling me to connect the Ethernet cable. What do i connect it from the hub too???

Which app are you using and what device are you running it on?

Welcome to our forums and thank you for posting. I'm sorry for any difficulty you've had using our apps, we can certainly look to advise further.

 

It sounds like you may be struggling with the Virgin Media Connect app, have you managed to resolve this since your post? If not, could you please confirm whether you have any VPN or AntiVirus software on the device you're trying to use?
