Virgin sent me a new Hub 4. Since installing it, it can’t make a connection to the internet.
I activated the hub via the telephone service and received a text telling me my equipment has been registered. Still no internet. Tried rebooting etc. Tried putting the old hub 3 in, and now that doesn’t work despite working perfectly prior to installing and registering the hub 3
the call centres are closed and there’s no support on their website.
