Following weeks of slow speeds and dropouts I phoned customer support about 10 days ago. After almost 2 hours trying various options they eventually decided I needed a new router. The new Hub 3.0 was delivered 2 days later.
However, I haven't got around to installing it yet. I have Alzheimers dementia and find dealing with anything technical very stressful. Is there any way I can arrange to have an engineer callout to install the new router for me?
