Hi all,
Hope someone can help, all houses in my street can recieve Virgin. However my house was unable to be connected. I've since had my driveway dug up and conduit installed to allow cabling to be connected. As my address was previously marked as not being able to recieve a service, customer services won't accept an order. I have been told that a spotter has been out and confirmed verbally that i.can recieve the service, but it has not been changed on the system. Anyone know how the best way I can progress this e.g. any good contacts who can assist as seem to go round in circles when I call the main line.
