I have been told by 2 different agents at Virgin Media that my new flat is unserviceable despite service being available at at least 4 other flats in the same building.
This means I am unable to transfer my current package so they have processed a termination and told me I’ll have to pay early termination fees! I would prefer to stay a customer as I’ve been with Virgin Media 18 months now.
It is not a new build and I have proof the flat exists so why is it unserviceable while it is available for the flat literally next door?
