We have Virgin in our building. Quickstart pack arrived and we followed the instructions. Green flashing light on Hub, no connection by cable. Have yet to receive a welcome email, so we don't have a customer account number, so can't talk to anyone on the Virgin helpline as they insist on it!
How do I raise this if I can't quote an account number? And, how do I get an engineer out to solve the cabling??
