New Customer Inquiry

Hi, Can a representative please assist me in identifying who might have called me to schedule a session? I do not have a UK number yet as i just moved and here are the details: 

+447366589687 - called at 9:45AM UK time. I have been waiting for a week for services to install wifi and i am intending to use Virgin Media but i am running out of time here! Please private message me so i could forward you my email address for the rep to communicate with me over. Thank you.
