Trying to get a connection to an existing building but can't get through to the correct teams.
2 storey building with 6 flats, ~15 years old, perhaps 5-10 meters from the main road where existing properties are connected on either side. Assuming the fact it's set back meant it was missed during the main rollout.
Currently the availability tracker shows all properties in the area available apart from ours.
Any help would be appreciated if it's the expansion or engineering team I need to speak to.

You will get a reply from the VM forum team on here usually within a few days. They may offer to take your details to pass on.
Based on similar past topics though, you should probably set your expectations to a suitably low level as far as anything useful happening is concerned.

Hi @culb123,
Thank you for your post and welcome back to our community forums. We're here to help.
I'm sorry to hear that you're having some trouble getting a connection to a property. To clarify, are you saying that the building doesn't have any connection at all and you'd like us to provide services there, or are you saying that only your flat can't be connection?
Did you use this checker to see? If so, what does it say exactly once you enter your information?
Thanks,

Hi Zach_R - thanks for the reply.
The building doesn’t have any virgin connection at the moment.
The tracker says “not available, keep me posted” for my specific address, but the adjacent properties and the rest of the street can sign up now.
Thanks

Hello culb123.
Thanks for explaining.
What we can do from here is check with our expansion team to see if we have any plans to get your flats connected.
As there are 6 flats it might bode well with us, sometimes it comes down to the cost to install a network and the revenue we get back.
If you don't mind I will need to send you a private message to take your details. If you can check your logo at the top right of your screen that would be great.
