New Build Estate - Address Not Showing

We are due to move into our house on Friday (house is 2yrs old) and would like to go with VM, however when doing the postcode checker, it lists every house number except ours and one or two others.

When checking other house numbers, it says that some of them already have Virgin Media, but as my house number is not showing, does this mean I will unable to get Virgin Media?

There could be a number of reasons why you property is showing as unserviceable but we would need to take a look to say for sure if its a mistake. I will send you a private message for some details and see what i can do to help.
