Had my Virgin equipment in for 2 weeks. Getting mostly about 8 mbps, best (late at night) 13, 20% of the time only 6 mbps. Supposedly have 100 mbps scheme. Is this normal?
Well what have you done about it? Phone customer services and complain. It will take many days for VM staff the answer question on the board.
