New 3.0 hub won't connect to Internet

Just joined virgin and I've set the hub up correctly and everything but all that's happening is a solid green Wi-Fi light and the light on the bottom is just flashing green, I've done all the things it says online to troubleshoot this problem but nothing seems to work.

Have you called the automated activation line?

I've called all the numbers I can find and all are closed

The hub still has a solid green Wi-Fi light and a flashing green base light but now also has a very dim green internet light
