I've bought a new unlocked phone. Put my SIM in and my network isn't working. It's reading the sim but that is all. No 4g signal at all yet with a Giffgaff sim it is
Any ideas and help please
Take a walk as it's possible that the signal from EE has dropped out for a while where you are right now.

its a VM sim the OP is describing - or do you think GiffGaff will have better tech support on VM sim cards - wont be difficult

Where was the handset bought?
It's not giff gaff I'm with its virgin. I even had a new SIM sent out in case was that . Makes no difference . Works ok in other phone
