Netflix wont connect

HI,

Since I got my virgin installed I havnt been able to watch netflix on my TV.

All other streaming services work and I can watch it through my phone and cast it to the TV.

But the TV app which worked fine before just says it can't connect. Almost like it's not connected to the Internet.

Does anybody have any ideas on how to fix this?

I have just had the line restarted by virgin and this did not help.

Are you paying a subscription to Netflix, if so you should contact them as you are not accessing via a virgin tv box.

Hi, OK thanks I will do. Although I feel the issue is with the virgin and not the TV or netflix as it all worked fine until virgin was installed.

I don't have it installed on a pc but it works on my phone and on my xbox.

then it sounds like your Samsung smart TV is at fault, not VM.

Hi, maybe but just weird that it stopped working the exact day that VM was installed.

Hi @Kingkyle86,

If it's just the TV that's having this issue and no other devices connected to the same broadband connection then it seems like it's a device issue.

If the issue persists then I would recommend reaching out to the manufacturer of the TV for further support.
