Netflix wont connect

HI,

Since I got my virgin installed I havnt been able to watch netflix on my TV.

All other streaming services work and I can watch it through my phone and cast it to the TV.

But the TV app which worked fine before just says it can't connect. Almost like it's not connected to the Internet.

Does anybody have any ideas on how to fix this?

I have just had the line restarted by virgin and this did not help.

Can you uninstall Netflix and reinstall?

Thanks for trying. Are you able to expand on what happens exactly when you try to load Netflix? Do any error messages or codes appear?

error code NW-2-4 on your device, it usually means a network connectivity issue is stopping your device from reaching Netflix. Follow the troubleshooting steps for your device below to resolve the issue.

How is your box/tv connected?

Hi, I have tried both wireless and wired. Every other app on the TV works fine it's just netflix.
