Netflix We're having trouble playing this title at the moment

Every time I try to play a title on Netflix via my V6 box it gives me the ''We're having trouble playing this title at the moment. Please try again later or select a different title." It's been doing it for a few days now and I have tried all I can think of.

I have restarted the router, I have restarted the V6 box I have plugged the HDMI from. The V6 straight into the TV in case it was a different issue. I have tried different HDMI cables. I have tried signing out of all devices and restarting Netflix from the Netflix website. 

Has anyone got any other ideas as I was hoping to have a nice relaxing Saturday evening with a film.....?!

Unfortunately not. It is still coming up with the error every time I try to play anything. Any suggestions?

Just to confirm are you able to watch those programmes on Netflix on other devices?

Yes, I can watch if I switch to my laptop, or phone, or amazon firestick, or the smart tv.

It is just the v6 box that is not allowing me to play it. I have contacted the support team directly and they don't know what the problem is so I have to keep pressing a code in to send an error report each time it happens. This way they can look at the activity log of the box and see what the problem is.

Pretty annoying though!

I can certainly appreciate the frustration with this. Have they advised how many you need to send in?

They said they are monitoring it for a week, so as many as I can I guess.
