Good afternoon,
My mum has just moved house and neighbours have access to Virgin Media; but on trying to get the VM services set up for her, I was told that her property is currently not available for services.
I cannot understand this as the neighbours have access. The customer service rep had logged a ticket (I have the MCP number) but there was no indication of when/if anything is going to be done in terms of getting an engineer out to check/install.
Please help, as my mother has been very happy with VM services at her old house for many years and would like to stay with yourselves.
