Neighbour has had VM installed but still not available at my property

Hi

Could a VM representative please check why VM is not available at my property, my neighbour had a new line installed which runs directly past my property.

This would normally needed doing at the point of sale. 

 

However as you have had a difficult experience up until this point I will pop you over a PM to get this added.

Hi, I've managed to have my property added to the availability checker and have now ordered VM services 🙂

When I went through the process I could not see anywhere to identify my neighbour as the 'refer a friend'.  Can this be applied retrospectively please?
