Need to move my cable to the other side of the room

How do I go about getting my cable (TV & Broadband) moved to the other side of my living room? I couldn't find any option on Virgin's site for this.

The cable reroute can be arranged here.

Just to make you aware there is a £25 charge for any relocations.
I'd like to take a look into this for you, if you are happy to go ahead with this.
