Just had my broadband/phone line package delivered but noticed that it needs the isolator cable plugging in to the virgin wall socket to work, the picture shown is the previous owners wall socket and we have tried to take off the cable attached to no luck. weve just switched from sky broadband so were needing an engineer out to help with installation
