Need to Relocate Router and TV Cables

We've made some changes in our home and need to move where the cable for both the router and the TV come into the house.

I can't find a number to call to arrange a non-fault callout, so I'm hoping someone from Virgin Media will see this and contact me, please!

There is a cost of £25.

Call Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait a day or two for a VM staff member to get to your post.
