Need new external brown box

Hi newly set up. Engineer used old external brown box it’s about 17 yrs old. The cover won’t stay on. It’s also got a crack across it. It falls off. I have taped it on but it’s only temporary. Need it replacing ASAP please

The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post.
