Need help activating broadband

Hello,

I've had the self install kit arrive today but i've not received the activation text. The automated phone line has said to sit tight but that was over an hour ago so I assume my account hasn't yet been activated. The Hub is all connected correctly with a solid white light, but the wifi green light has gone out. 

Can anyone please help to activate my account? I will private message the account details
