Hi,
I have the same issue. Just moved into my flat in Chiswick, London. I have Virgin Hub 4, and I just have a solid red light when installing the hub. I’ve reconnected the cables 100’s of times but nothing seems to be changing. I am pushing the cable in as hard as I can. I need an engineer to come round to have look. Would love for you to help please.

Call Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait a day or two for a VM staff member to get to your post.
