We recently moved into a property that’s been empty for 5 years. Our downstairs neighbour is with virgin therefor the box is set up outside but we haven’t got a connection running into our place upstairs. I need a technician to come and set us up but cannot get hold of anyone at virgin!!!! I need help!!!! How do I get in touch with virgin. I cannot use anything because we can’t connect to the box! Frustrating!!! Please help!
thanks for the reply! we’ve got the whole kit, router, tv box ...it’s the quick start kit. From what I’ve gathered, in order to connect this kit we need the socket inside, which we haven’t got. Probably because the property was empty for a number of years.
