I’ve just moved in and was told the flat was set up for virgin media. The box has arrived and doesn’t match any of the cables. Can a technician come around to sort it out please?

You need to call the pre-installs team on 0800 052 1734 8AM- 9PM Monday - Friday or 8AM-6PM Saturday and Sunday
