Hello.
The recent winds seem to have removed the cover off my outside brown box. Im a customer and the TV/Broadband/Internet is still working but it's been raining. Im assuming i'll need to get this fixed and have tried ringing 150 but cant get through. Can anyone help?

Call Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait a day or two for a VM staff member to get to your post.
