My address isn't listed

Hi all, hope you can help.

Been trying for months to join Virgin Media, however our address isn't listed. I've filled out a form on the main site countless times and called up a few times, always to be told I'll get a call back, but still haven't received the call back. 

I've read that someone may need to put my address on the database? Our addres is on the Royal Mail list so it should be here too.

Any suggestions would be great.

I've noticed that my address is listed on the postcode checker if I choose business, but not the normal one.
