My address is conditionally not showing on checker

Hi,

I am recently moved into a ground floor flat. I have checked my upper floor flats have connections. Initially my address will not be shown, but it will be shown after clicking "Can't find your address". 

Yet I have submitted "Tell us about where you live" form but no one contacts me after days. Can someone help please?

I'm sorry to hear you are having an issue with your address being uploaded on to our website. I can see Christy has offered help via private message. Have they been able to get things looked at yet?
