I have moved into a new build property and need to have Virgin Media for Broadband as bT open reach have had difficulty with the lines. Virgin service my area but are saying they cannot find my address even thought it is registered with Royal Mail. I have been told on four different occasions someone will carry out a site visit and will get in touch. I have been waiting for over a month to hear from someone with no joy. I am told they need to check they have enough spare cables or add cables to provide me with the service and that is what the site visit is for but that is all i hear. There must be a way to expedite this?
