My Virgin Media

I just set up my broadband but I have not been given any email showing my account number, just a couple text messages arranging delivery of the router. it seems any customer support requires the account number before you can speak to them so im at a loss as to where to find the darn thing. can anyone help?

Give VM a ring on 150 (any VM phone mobile or fixed line) or on 0345 454 1111 (chargeable but often included in phone packages) and talk through with a customer agent.  Saty on the line when asked for details and you'll get through. Your joining pack should have had your account number.
