My Installation dates have been delayed.

I am becoming increasingly frustrated by the constant delays and very poor customer care from Virgin Media. My original install date for my new high speed fibre broadband was 22 Dec 2023. The install team wanted permission from my partner, my neighbour and seemingly the whole street! They wanted permission from my neighbour because of a tree which needs a trim. They wanted permission from my partner because the house is in her name. All this too-ing and fro-ing has meant that the install date has now moved to the 27th Jan, hopefully this year. It now transpires that your install team want me or our neighbour to trim the tree! wth! Why should we do it when you boast you have all the equipment (cherry pickers etc) to do the job. After all BT never had a problem when the original cable installation. Please come back to me with a swift resolution to this issue or we have to go back to SKY, who incidentally provide excellent customer care. As a new customer I am astonished by the really poor standard of customer service.
