My Connection

hi i got the VIVID 100 Optical Fibre last week and the 3 speed tests shown below are the results of the past week this is unacceptable i work from home so connection is needed anyone know how and why the speed has slowly died over the week or is virgin like the rest of the company's with empty promises?  ScreenShot_20180607175539.png

 sorry if im abit direct but first time on virgin and all my friends said it was great but does not look that way from where i see it Smiley Happy

ye it was something to do with the spliter and the other box connected on the wire my net is running fine now

 

the technician cam out yesterday
