My BQM does not look very healthy?

My speeds can be somewhat erratic at times, and some stable as can be. I am on the 1gb Volt service i just upgraded to.

A lot of the time i am getting the speeds I'm suppose to be getting, but at certain times the speed tanks.

This is my BQM:

Any Insight would be appreciated thanks!

You have obviously not been following this thread :-

https://community.virginmedia.com/t5/Networking-and-WiFi/VM-CORE-NETWORK-FAILURE-URGANT/td-p/4986440

You will see we are all getting similar problems between 8-10 pm

Mine is the same.

My name is NOT Alessandro. That's just a tag Virginmedia sticks on some contributors. Please ignore it.

Sorry, i am not here very often.. Have been on M200 for a very long time with no issues, only reason i ran a BMQ was to see if there was any issues.. obviously there is. I will keep an eye on the thread you have posted.

Cheers!

Hi there @The_Oracle

Thank you so much for your post and welcome back to the community forums.

Can I just clarify, are you experiencing issues with your connection? If so what is happening and is it on WiFi or a wired connection?

Thank you.

I am not having any issues now thanks 🙂
