My Address does not show up

my address does not show up on the search, and i have filled in the form on numerous occasions and nobody has called me

Sorry to hear of the issue with your online form and address search, could you please clarify if you refer to our post code checker here where you check if your address is serviceable by us or something else so we can best advise on this matter?

All the houses on Milton road you service but my block is behind Those on Milton road there for does not show up on any search. You laid cables all around us but nothing comes to our building. Please can you help me with this

I have had a pm which states a response within 10 days. This was 2 weeks ago
