My £50 credit has not been applied and my broadband has not even connected yet?
I was referred through a friend for the £50 credit and was told this would be applied to my first bill, I have just received the first bill and it has not been applied? Also, I followed the quick start up guide last night, I activated it over the phone and was told I can start setting it up. I followed the instructions to set it up but all I can get is the light at the bottom flashing green. I have tried rebooting it and everything, disconnecting the cables and reconnecting them but still nothing. I left it alone to sort itself out overnight and still woke up to a green flashing light. Can someone advise?
