Music streaming issues please help.

Has anyone had any issues when using a virgin modem/router when streaming music via wifi to AirPlay/Chromecast speakers, I’m getting static pops and crackles.

How long has this been happening for?

Does it happen if you remove all other devices connected to the WiFi?
