Multi room

Hi so I have just get my multi room box to put upstairs and we don’t have a bit to put the white wire in to connect it…on requesting the box the guy never said we would need a wired connection upstairs when I asked him but looks like I do any hep on what I can do for this

if you mean the coaxial connection you will need an engineer

I did ask the if I needed one before I ordered the box and he says no how do I book an engineer

Will take a day or two for VM staff to respond. Try calling at 08.00 when lines open. Perhaps use options 1,1,4,4 "thinking of leaving" - they usual pick those calls up quickly - say you want to cancel the multiroom order if it isnt sorted quickly
