We are renovating our lounge and I want to move my virgin media connection box from its current position to a different wall within my room. I don’t want to just run a cable from it’s currently position in the house to the new position because I’m don’t want the ugly connection box left in its current position (as it will no longer be hidden by the tv unit. How do I arrange this with a virgin engineer? Thanks
You can just call in and arrange for that to be done. There is a fixed cost of £99 for a non-fault call out like this.
