Hi,
I'm moving into a new build and I'm interested in having Virgin Media broadband. I have the street name and postcode on hand but the postcode is not currently up and running online, so I'm unable to check if it's available to the build. My landlord has all the documents with all the info regarding postcode etc. He told me I was ok to go ahead and try get Virgin installed. I know that neighbouring streets have access to Virgin.
I called the customer service number but it asks for account number. Who do I call, or what do I do to see if it's available in my location? Is it possible to request someone to come out and check the build?
