Moving house

So I told Virgin I was moving house.  Got everything installed today and was working perfectly although the date of the move is the 22nd  Now coming up my account is inactive.  Cannot even log into the hotspots and my WiFi and tv is off too any advice???

Phone customer services and sort it out. There is not anything that the general members on the board can help you with and VM staff can take sometime to get to your post.
